The free website
The website's free. Here's why.
Setting up a clean site that actually works is pretty simple now. AI does most of the heavy lifting, and I'd rather be honest about that than charge you for something that doesn't cost what it used to. So I don't.
What you get
It's not barebones. It's built to do a job.
A complete, properly built site, not a one-pager. Structured from day one for how people actually find local businesses now: on a phone, and increasingly through an AI answer.
A complete site
Home, a page for every service you offer, a page for every area you cover, about and contact. The structure customers and Google expect, not a glorified one-pager.
Fast on a phone
Loads in under two seconds on 4G, consistently. Your customers are on a phone in a ute, not on a laptop. It's built for them.
Structured for AI search
Most Google searches end without a click now. The AI answer cites a local business instead. Sites I build are written and structured so that business can be yours.
Click-to-call and enquiry capture
One-tap calling on mobile, contact forms that go straight to your inbox or CRM. When someone's ready to call, nothing gets in the way.
Accessible and WCAG compliant
Built to accessibility standards from the start, because a real portion of your customers need it to use the site properly. It's not a magic Google ranking lever, but doing it right tends to mean cleaner, better-built pages anyway.
Your work, blog and reviews
A gallery to show off your jobs, a blog for updates and search, and your Google reviews shown right on the site.
Edit it yourself
You get a login to a simple dashboard where you can update things like your blog posts and your gallery photos yourself, whenever you want. No waiting on me for the small stuff.
No lock-in
While you're with me, I set up and manage the whole thing for you: the site, the content, the domain. You're never locked in, and I'm not going to hold your website hostage. If you ever decide to leave, I'll help you take your site with you.
The honest model
Why it's actually free.
I think people are suspicious when something's free, and fair enough. So here's how it actually works.
Building a clean website used to take a team of people weeks. That's why it cost thousands. AI's changed that pretty significantly. I can turn around a good site in a couple of days now, working on my own. So the build itself isn't really the expensive bit anymore.
What costs money is the system I run behind the site: the missed call text-back, keeping leads warm, the booking automation, the review requests. That's a monthly fee, and that's where the margin is. I'm not hiding that. It's the honest truth.
So the website and the system go together. The free site is the front door, and the system running behind it is the part I actually charge for. That's what makes giving the site away make sense in the first place. I'm still not going to hard-sell you, and once you're set up there's no lock-in. I'm not going to hold your site hostage, and if you ever want to leave, I'll help you take it with you. If your situation's a bit different, raise it on the call and we'll work out what makes sense for you.
The website
Free as part of the package. No setup fee, no template cost.
- A complete site built for your business
- Set up and managed for you, no lock-in
- Ongoing changes included (within reason)
- Hosting included, handled for you
- Domain included, or point your existing one
The systems behind the site are a separate monthly fee. See what that includes.
How it works
From first call to live site.
No long onboarding, no questionnaire the size of a university assignment. It's a pretty simple process, honestly.
Book a 15-minute call
I'll ask what you do, where you work, what you need, and what you want it to do. No pressure and no sales pitch. If your current setup is working fine, I'll tell you that.
Fill out the onboarding form
After the call I send you an onboarding form. It's fairly detailed on purpose: the more you tell me about your business, your services and the areas you cover, the more complete your site is the day it goes live. Fill in as much as you can, we can fill any gaps afterward. You don't need to write polished copy. That's my job.
I build the site
I aim to have your site live within two business days of your onboarding form coming in. I'll send it over for you to review before it goes live, and I won't go quiet on you in the meantime.
You review it and we make changes
Two rounds of revisions, which is usually enough. If something's not right, we fix it. Simple as that.
It goes live on your domain
You own it from day one. I'll walk you through where everything lives so you're not dependent on me to find your own stuff.
Common questions
Stuff people ask.
Is the website actually free, or is there a catch?
It's genuinely free. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that the free site comes as part of the package: I don't charge for the website, I charge for the system that runs behind it. That's what makes giving the site away make sense. The two go together, and that's the whole model. If your situation's a bit different, raise it on the call and we'll talk it through.
Do I need to have content ready?
No. The brief I send covers everything I need: your services, the suburbs you cover, what you charge for roughly, what makes you good at the job. You answer the questions, I write the copy. If you've got photos, great. If not, I can work around it.
What about hosting costs?
Both are included and handled as part of the package, so there's nothing separate for you to set up or pay for. If you've already got a domain, no problem, we just point it at your new site. Otherwise I'll usually grab the one you want and set it up for you, as long as it's a standard domain at a standard price. Most are cheap. Premium names that cost a small fortune are on you, but that rarely comes up.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, to a point. You get a login to a simple dashboard where you can update things like your blog posts and your gallery photos yourself, whenever you want. I'm adding more self-editing over time. For bigger changes or anything structural, just message me and I'll sort it, usually no charge for the small stuff. Have a look at the demo sites to see the kind of site you'd be managing.
What happens if I want something more custom?
Honestly, I don't build custom, one-off websites, and that's on purpose. The whole idea here is a system I can run and scale, not a bespoke service. That's what keeps it fast and affordable, and it's what lets me give the site away in the first place. The template covers what local service businesses actually need. If you're after something genuinely custom, I'm probably not the right fit, and that's fair enough. But if there's a specific feature you're wondering about, raise it on the call and I'll tell you straight whether the system can do it.
How long have you been doing this?
Honestly, I'm early in the journey. I'm building this agency from scratch, with AI from the start, and I'm open about that. I've built sites, the first client's live and the system's running. I'm learning out loud, and I think that's a reasonable way to do things. What I can tell you is I'm serious about doing quality work, and I'm after clients who feel the same way about theirs. If that sounds like you and you like what you've seen so far, book a call and let's have a chat.
What if I try it and it's not for me?
That's fair, and it happens. The website's yours and it's free, so that side costs you nothing either way and I commit to passing the website over to you if you want it even after cancelling my services. The systems run on a monthly fee, and your first month is fully refundable, so you can give them a proper go without committing to anything long-term. If they're not right for you, just let me know within that first month and I'll refund it. I'd rather keep people who are actually getting something out of it than have anyone stuck paying for something they don't want.
Ready when you are
15 minutes. No pressure.
Bring your current site, or nothing at all. If what you've got is already working, I'll tell you that and we'll leave it there.
